The Montana Life

I’m Gina. A real estate agent helping clients to align themselves with the places that are calling them.

My life mirrors the Sapphire Range, layers shifted by time and grounded by deep history. I arrived in Missoula for college and it became the template for life in the decades that came after. I became a Realtor in 2025 after spending the majority of my career as a teacher and a healer and experiencing how these wide open spaces hold the soft power to shape a person. This is what I now get to share with my buyers and sellers of Montana real estate.

I have a long and personal history in Montana real estate and investment properties. I bought my first property at the young age of 22, a stretch of Bear Creek in the Bitterroot that gave me much more than a good financial return on my investment; it gave me a perspective on value that defies measure.

What started as instinct became a portfolio: homes in Missoula, a cash flowing apartment complex in St. Ignatius, and a short term rental cottage on an island in Michigan. My strategy for clients and myself is grounded in alignment between person, place, and investment. An authentically aligned investment strategy creates a sense of home like no other. The properties themselves teach us about what we long for, and often become the pathway to actualization - or becoming.

I work with people who are ready to listen to that inner voice that calls them to a new place. Whether for a new home or a meaningful part of an investment portfolio, helping clients step into the practice of finding their place is my greatest joy. As your guide, I help you pursue land transactions, rental homes, apartments or second homes with confidence and clarity - and most importantly, alignment.

If your next chapter calls you to invest outside of Montana, I’ve got you covered with my trusted referral network. So whether arriving, departing or expanding, you will always be guided with the care of a teacher, healer and investment real estate expert.
